Gaurav Travels was founded in 1993 by Priya Sabharwal and Rajeev Sabharwal — combining Priya's sharp business experience with Rajeev's background as a qualified Chartered Accountant. The agency was established to meet the diverse demands of the travel market across FIT, groups, honeymoon, leisure, MICE, conferences, and cruises.
We specialize in outbound tours with key destinations including Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Dubai, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, Maldives, Cambodia, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Eastern Europe, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, USA, and UK. Thailand alone accounts for over 40% of our business, and we proudly represent Indo Bangkok Tours, a leading DMC in Thailand, in India.
We have recently built a strong specialization in Indian Destination Weddings abroad through our unit Elegant Weddings — with 12 weddings successfully completed in Thailand and 3 grand weddings (350–500 pax) at the Sofitel Hotel, Bahrain. More weddings are in the pipeline for 2026 and 2027 in Thailand, Italy, Oman, UAE, and Jordan.
Rajeev Sabharwal is a Founder Member of OTOAI, Past Treasurer, and served as Executive Member of OTOAI (2017–2019). Gaurav Travels is also a proud member of ADTOI, SKAL India, PATA India Chapter and IWIA (Indian Wedding Industry Association).

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Rajeev co-founded Gaurav Travels in 1993. He is a Founder Member of OTOAI, Past Treasurer, and served as Executive Member of OTOAI (2017–2019). Also active in ADTOI, SKAL India, and PATA India Chapter.
